Never received

I requested a whole 12 months of the TV program. Below it's nearly per month later with no dvdis with no reimbursement to my bill! The client support number isn't a functional quantity. The only real email I've gotten from srobinson@yahoo.com simply keeps showing me its been reshipped. What do I actually do today? Any recommendations anybody???
