Long Hold Times, Surprise Charges and Missing Referral Credit

You can't talk to anyone for the first 30mi. On the phone. When you finally get someone on the phone they transfer you all over and still no resolution. They automatically start charging you for free stuff with out contacting you like they said they would. Then you can't get it reversed. Also the $100 they advertise for referrals doesn't happen. "they have no record" How convenient.
