1) I had been informed about the phone when becoming a member of their "triple-play" that I'd not require to buy any extra gear. Once the specialists came I had been educated that my wireless modem, which we mentioned about the telephone and was guaranteed was suitable, wasn't compatible and will have to buy a router for $100. Calls to Customer Support Division were a waste of time.

2) Ideal forgot to get hold of my phone supplier to inform them I had been changing to Ideal and also to stop support and send my land-line telephone number for them. I will have to consider another half-day removed from function in a few days therefore the Ideal technicians may come out again to set up the electronic phone, that they had assured me they'd do today.

3) Subsequent installing of electronic web (that they were able to achieve), high def, electronic Television no further works. Ideal declined to deliver the technicians back out to repair the issue - explained I'd to hold back per week and half to repair it once they emerge to repair the phone.

I repeatedly requested to talk to a boss and was repeatedly refused. This is actually the toughest customer support from any company I've actually experienced - so much lost moment and rude representatives.
