Service is Terrible

I have had 3 outages during the first month of service. Calling support they just want you to reset the modem and when that doesn't fix the problem wait until we can get out to your house in the morning. Today someone from AT&T cut our line and went home. Waiting until tommorow for the repair man again. Sucks!!!
