Moving charge

TV & Radio

Directv "mover's" page states you're permitted ONE "FREE" transfer each year. Additionally, it says there are specific conditions and terms, for example tenure, transaction record, etc. NEVERTHELESS, the organization doesn't record any particular vocabulary regarding just how long the 'tenure' needs to be. The vocabulary IS EXTREMELY arbitrary (a term I combined with the 'customer support' repetition but I doubt she understood what it intended till I described it to her). IOW, the organization may choose the conditions for period of support within that first-year on an arbitrary foundation, whichever they need it to imply. This specific repetition mentioned in my experience that I'd have experienced to possess support for 6 - 8 weeks before the relocate order to be eligible for a "free" transfer and never be billed a $50 charge for shifting. Actually that's arbitrary... Could it be 6 months, 7 months or 8 months? Imagine if it's 5 weeks and 28 times? The lengthy and brief is by using all of the grievances about that organization, plus they are legion, which main consumer-protection lawyer available will undertake this company in a-class-action fit??? I'm going to be the very first plaintiff and certainly will help in the processing and function that requires to be achieved. Their capricious and arbitrary methods in most regions of overcharging and insufficient correct support are crazy and should be halted... Hitting them within the wallet... Big style. Anybody wish to assist me consider this on?
