Took Unauthorized Money From Debit Card

When I cancelled my service, Direct TV "mistakenly" deducted several hundred dollars from my debit causing insufficient fees. I've been trying for almost 2 months to get my money back. Every time I talk to them they change how long it takes to receive a credit. It only took them ONE day to take it!
