I have purchased jewelry from GemsTV off and on since 2007. Overall, the quality of the jewelries is nice for the price you pay. I typically cannot wear silver at all, but so far silver from GemsTV is awesome... Has not tarnished at all. I have only bought a handful of items over $100. I probably should have those independently appraised. However, just from shopping around and looking at products sold in conventional jewelry stores, my observation is that you get great quality and value from GemsTV. As for the return policy, I've never had a problem. I have had my account blocked due to high level of returns, but I totally understand why the company does this. It's not a pleasant thing to hear or experience, but I am ok with it. Some of the presenters do overexaggerate at times, but that's kinda their job. As with any type of online or TV shopping, you need to do your homework. So my shopping experience with GemsTV is overall positive.
