For whatever reason lately, I've been receiving calls from their selection division regardless of the details that I settled the statement electronically

I've been a person with XM for a long time. I've two receivers on my consideration and spend the statement every 6 months.

For whatever reason lately, I've been receiving calls from their selection division regardless of the details that I settled the statement electronically. I return the so-called selection calls and also the consultant informs me the statement is compensated.

Could somebody explain why then I proceed to obtain the calls. I'm still obtaining the support however the ongoing calls are frustrating. I obtained a phone once from somebody who did not actually speak English.

The organization reps recommend they're situated in Burmuda. What!!!
