I am very dissatisfied with these pirates

I'd the catastrophe to be deceive to believe that direct television charged clients per month ahead of time for providers which my statement could be $46.99 per month for 12 months. I'd providers mounted on may 5th, I acquired a statement for $85.64 due 20 times later and that I was guaranteed when I submitted to get a refund my statement could be $46.99. I'd an idiot consultant attempting to inform me I should spend a almost $86.00 statement for anything i never decided to. I quit comcast since they're rip-offs, however it appears that's the situation with direct tv. I've had direct television for eight times today and that I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with one of these pirates whom had the intention of deceptive the customer about where thier hard earned cash is only ROBBERY!!! Congress must be informed and regulations have to be in position to prevent these businesses from benefiting from customers.
