Told I was rec a refund, now I owe $191

I ended my service with dish on 04.06.10 after being together for 7 decades. I had been told on that date from the lady i ended support with that after returning the gear i'd be paid $37.40. I called on 04.15.10, after receiving a contact they had received my gear again, to verify when my credit might acknowledged to my banking account. Spoke with alan an account consultant and was told that i'd receive my credit having a week to some week 5. I have never received this credit. I called them today 05.12.10 talked with kristy (csr) & michelle (boss) that i today owe $191.00. I do not have a contract together, it ended 5 years back. I transformed service because they began dime and diming me with costs. I never get an individual who speaks fluent english; i have had problems making payments thru their site. I have had trouble making payments thru their phone program, so i also have to speak with someone. I'd a terrible time using the local contractors this past year. They put my recipe in a place in which a hand department constantely interrupted the sign. I'd them out here numerous times they refused to return out anymore. Meal needed to send among their acutal workers to finally put the bowl on the top. After i shut my account they attempted left and to keep me. I have also googled issues against dish network. They be seemingly infamous for tacking within an early termination fee and that iam not going to be bullied by them!!!
