Missing screws

I bought a VIZIO television in March. I simply popped the container to locate that screws were lacking to secure the bottom. I had been about the telephone for one hour looking to get this fixed. They'd not create any conditions to deliver me 4 screws. I understand you will find guidelines and also the burden is on me for not starting it faster... But seriously... 4 screws

The repetitions were rude, plus they turned perturbed and held me on-hold for lengthy amounts of time since I decided to talk to a boss. Whoa

I'll never patronize VIZIO again!
