Community service - DISNEY CHANNEL

I saw that Disney has it's name on School House Rock Election Edition. If Disney owns the line, why do we not see them on Disney owned stations while cartoons or child shows are on? These are great, even up to middle school. An entire generation learned all kinds of material this way. Why would you not play them for our children?
