DVDs playback feature not available

I requested an entire group of 5 months of Boston Appropriate. Once the DVDs arrived they'd not Play. They appeared to become the genuine article but nothing was documented about the DVDs.

After I sent their assistance team using the criticism, used to do not receive any info or response.
