I hired a film from Redbox. Switched it in on November 26. Redbox supplied me a bill for switching it in on December 4.invested 25 Moments about the telephone mainly awaiting a Redbox customer support representative. They're refunding my cash that we need to hold out 6 times for. Along with that Redbox claims they can't offer any type of retribution for investing all that point waiting in it.

The client service representative stated that someday the films do not sign in plus they drop towards the base.By which event you need to contact them instantly. Not everybody has 25 minutes to sacrifice.

Merely dont use Redbox.

Bad customer support is what I call it.
