Illegal Policy: Won't Provide Receipts

Hit comes with an illegitimate plan of declining to issue bills upon the return of DVDs. This violates Calif Signal of Civil Procedure section 2075, which states: "Whoever gives cash, or provides a musical instrument or home, is eligible for a bill therefor in the individual to whom the cost or delivery is created, and could need an effective trademark to such bill like a situation of the cost or shipping."
Yesterday, after I was returning several DVDs on November 4, I requested to get a bill. I was informed, when I've been told often before, "we-don't do that and do not have any method to do this."
I described how, years back, Hit wrongfully billed my spouse and that I to get a movie that people delivered by putting it in a Hit dropbox.in reaction to the inappropriate cost, my spouse and that I spent hours speaking with numerous degrees of the organization, but ultimately caved in and compensated to ensure that we're able to maintain our credit files clear.
Yesterday, I had been frustrated. I requested to talk to the supervisor. The lady stated she was the supervisor. I requested that she contact whoever she'd contact if there is an issue. She declined. I expected her to get a handwritten bill together with her first and lastname. She declined.
I got the movies and went out. She charged me of taking before additional clients and workers. I informed her that after I obtain a legitimate bill, I Will provide her the movies.
