Not getting signal when it rain

I called Direct Tv. Since each time it rains I shed the satellite transmission. Sometime I move an entire evening without having television. I named the to protest and that I discover that I've to pay for something charge or purchase a support agreement. Exactly what a rip off. They'renot supplying what I am spending money on and I've pay to have it repair. If it can not be set then I'll stop my contract and wind up spending money on early termination of agreement. Exactly what a rip off!!!
