Lack of Warranty

I also am a target to Focus On and TruTech. I purchased A - 19" flat-screen with built-in dvdplayer in Dec. July the image was eliminated however the audio was still there. I attempted to obtain info from Goal but was handed the run-around and informed that I had a need to contac their hotline to obtain Tru Technologyis contact number. I had been attached to a non-speaking english-speaker at Goals hotline. This individual could not recognize me and hung-up on me. Positive thing I can not achieve through the telephone. Goal and TruTech are crap and that I wont purchase at possibly again.
