Illegal deduction from checking account

I want to speak to someone online about my membership with HMS. I called someone yesterday and they said I was a member, which I am not. If I am like they say I am, I want to cancel my membership right now.

They charged me $19.95 for movies, which I did not order. It keeps showing up on my checking account. I want it stopped right now.
