Didnt get what i requested and got no responce after I e mailed them the issue

I requested a Joe Satriani poster, which based on them is recognized as to become, " 1 (SAT38384). 95 Hand-Signed Instruments Poster, "i obtained my poster however it wasnt authorized by Joe Satriani and also the photo proven after I orderd it stated it had been as well as confirmed the signiture within the picture. I've e -email Fanfair 2 times concerning the issue and havent got a responce.
