Service Cut Off for Using It Too Much Without Contract Basis

Service cut off because they say "I used it too much". No contract references to "using too much" so cut off is arbitrary. Want Direct TV to be transparent that they do not have the capacity of the satellite to provide service that they are selling. SO they, lied.
