I recently requested a box-set of Nash Links off the web site www.idvdshop.com. I settled £81 for this on my charge card. Once the box-set came, all thirty DVDs were copies, with stickers stuck on. These were not independently packed in individual DVD instances, when I was wanting. All of the DVD's are damaged and therefore are in what appears like two video-cassette instances (quantity 1 and 2), which each disk designated 1 - 30 in a plastic wallet included.

The web site says it's a 100% cash back guarantee. I've sent the web site and stuffed within an enquiry form requesting a complete refund. I acquired an automatic reaction in the site stating somebody could be in touch within 24 - 48 hours. It was on Friday (12/06/09). I've approached them again, and also have nevertheless had no reaction.
