Week-Long Wait for Technician and Conflicting Information

This company is horrible! I have been on the phone with them for a week now trying to get a tech to come fix my internet. I have been told 4 different things, hung up on, and flat out lied to! They run a monopoly here for phone and internet! They charge insane amount. Over-all when we move we will NOT use them again!
