Taking money out of checking account without permission

Direct television included a sports bundle to the consideration without having our knowledge. When we got the bill we named plus they stated we'd named and included this bundle plus they couldn't take it off until we taken care of it first. We declined to pay for the additional quantity and simply extended to pay for our normal statement. They stop our support and required cash out-of our bank account for more than 500 dollars. When we named them-they basically told us tough. Why is not somebody managing what these thieves do?
