I call this company after receiving their add, and i signed up on 02/24/09, someinfo given was incorrect, I called dishnetwork on 02/25/09 and cancelled the work order. I've been trying to get my payment refunded to my credit card. I have been told by infinity on 03/02/09 that the fee is none refundable. On the night of 20/24/09 I was not told that the processing fee was none refundable. If that was told to me I would have cancelled immediately. The said night I called Curtis and I was on hold for over 40 minutes and he never answered my call. I called again the said night, and I was told he left.
