Continued charges despite disconinuance request

Satisfied that I had been, my partner questioned why our direct television statement is really large. I looked over our statement facts and discovered that I had been still being billed for anything I stopped last Goal of 2008 beginning July. I named customer support and he or she discovered the e-mail. I created that phone Jan 24th. I still get mail sees that my consideration is overdue and my support is likely to be stopped. I named customer support again and also the consultant continued requiring when my statement isn't right, why am I calling only today? I stated that since I stopped my support earlier, why was I billed following the reality. She, I actually donot understand if intensionally or sadly decreased my phone after awaiting five minutes to keep in touch with a consultant. Within this evening of financial difficulty, these unjust methods I am sure have extended to victimize innocent people. Who do I change to since their customer support is outsourced, and that I proceed to obtain warnings that my bill cost is overdue? I really hope other people can come forward to reveal this sly tearing from innocent people. I really hope justice is likely to be completed not only by me preventing any type of company together but by them correcting these incorrect company costs.
