Hi! My husband ask me to call an order Dean Grazios Real estate Millionaire. I call on December 12. I told the cusromer service person I just need to order the Real Estate offer on TV only, but as you know they try to sell you other things, i told them no. We whne on vacation and today I comeback from Holyday vacation and I notice this people have charge my credit cardon 12/15 $70.80 than on 12/30 they charge $196.00and than 1/1 $29.95. I call the number printed on my credit card statement and I was never able to connect with them. I never give back and everyday when ever I get the time I keep calling this company, until finally I got intouch with them after waitting for at least one hour. I identify my self and I told the customer service person, that I was very upset and that I have not even open the one little package that they mail to my house and I am already being charge a total of $296.75 and I needed an explanation. They just told me that been charge for what I order. I told them I just order the real estate package and they siad that I order everything that they offer. I told them that they are rippng people off and that I will dispute all that they charge in my credit card and that I will report them to somebody, they told me they did't care. I call Master Card and cancel my credit card so they dot'n continue charging my credit card. Master Card is going to dispute this charges. Of course I am going to return the package back to them. My problem is that something need to be done to this company can you help me. I want to stop them in doing this to other people.
