Charged for items never received

Circuit City is getting me for gear never obtained within the melody of $8000. I attempted repeaditly to phone, fax, and proceed personally to possess this issue clean up using the store-manager Steve Armgstrong and he doesn't react and will not assist.

I'd recomend not buying gear with 12 months delayed cost without any curiosity, since Signal City won't recognize results and certainly will ask you for for gear never obtained or companies not make.
