Feb of I visited Walmart in Chesapeake Virginia and bought 2 RCA 20-inch tru-level, one which is just a dvd/television combination & another a normal television. Six months after my purchase my distant quit working. I acquired the merchandise rule and what I believed was the client support for RCA (works out their components and customer support is managed with a business named Thompson) any was informed they we sold-out and recommended that I get one of these site named remotes.com. I visited the web site, place in the sequential numbers and also the image of the that pops up isn't the an image of the distant I've in my own palm! Long story short, after about four or five universal controllers, none worked. Nicely about a few months before, we'd a poor thunderstorm. Apower rise struck and bumped my t. V out. I got it to some repair center, and also to my shock, the technician informs me that my t. V on the exterior claims RCA as well as in the interior is definitely an Top t. V!!! He offered me a common remote, designed it with no issue since. I'm calling RCA!!
