This is a great website and opportunity to expose companys who do not honor any type of professional code of business ethics. I purchased a $2,000 46' Hitachi Plasma TV for my living room back in June of this year. After much research, I found a company on-line, I believed could mount it on my livingroom wall. Derek Hall, owner of WIRECOMINC.com came with two of his co-workers to install the tv. I paid $400.00 to have it mounted on the wall and at first it looked like a good job had been performed. So much, that he took pictures for his web-site. On August 9th, I was watching TV and without any notice, my TV fell off the wall, crashed and exploded sending shards of glass all over the floor and lastly flinging the wall plate across the room. I sat there in total disbelief, shock then anger as I could not believe my hard-earned investment was laying on the floor. As I began to investigate, I find out Derek Hall, a self proclaimed professional, used small screws and didn't anchor the tv mounting bracket into the wall studs. Hence, he knew and wasnt surprised when I called him, that my TV had fallen and crashed to the floor. I have since reached out to ABC 7 and was interviewed and when asked by the news anchor Mr. Derek Hall is now proclaiming he was never in my residence.

Of course, I called him immediately and he said, he has insurance, but failed to return any phone calls or show up for our scheduled meeting. As a result, any consumers in the Maryland, Washington D.C. Northern Virginia area should be aware and advised to not do business with:
