Vreizon mistakenly disconnected our hbo service on 5/3. Below i'm at 9pm on 5/9 but still no support desoite repeated telephone calls and hours - and that i do suggest hrs - calling, being moved, disconnected, guaranteed support... The final geek explained to resubscribe via our television despite the fact that my account suggests that i really do possess a membership meaning i'd get charged twice! Don'y fear he says - billing will look after it... Why could i take that? If verizon cannot correct this why on the planet might i assume them to fix my statement!!!
