Terrible experience!

I've been a customer with xm radio for my vehicle service since 2002 and recently added a xm home device in December. And when signing up for the home service they mentioned every good thing about having xm in my home but never told me or have me sign any agreement that dictated if i canceled the home service there would be a $65.00 charge which in itself is ridiculous because I bought all home devices with my own money and xm did not provide me with any free equipments.

When I try to explain to them about my grievance and requested for a manager in the cancellation department (located in India of course) I was shuffled around and put on hold one too many times and finally when someone came on the phone who claimed to be the manager, as I was speaking and complaining to her, the phone simply when silent and after approx 5 minutes of silence I hang up. All this happened on april 12 approx 1800 pacific standard time.

I hope someone can let me know which government department regulates xm radio if there is one such as the FCC for radio stations. I need to file a complain with the government for I'm sure there are many other customers out there who share the same grievance as me and with xm almost being a monopoly there needs to be some sort of supervisory role from the feds.
