Money taken, but no product received!

On December 19th I purchase one group of Small Indiana Jones Chronicles for my Kids birthday. It's today March 20th and that I still haven't gotten my item. I've sent them many times as well as their reaction was it's on back order. I've named their telephone number also it documents. "Temporarily unavailable".

The merchandise was taken care of, but actually there they got out more then my bill claims. I've all my documents but I actually donot understand what to complete to obtain my cash back.
