Never received dvd collection!

Naxpmedia required the cash for that dvd collection requested Dec, nevertheless never delivered them. Very difficult to obtain through mail. Difficult by telephone. Received mail saying they were having difficulty using their factory, product may deliver quickly, which I really could obtain a reimbursement anytime. I got their term that it'd deliver quickly and waited. I expected to get a refund at the conclusion of January but didn't obtain any return e-mail from Naxpmedia or have I received a return.

The corporation is just a Main Fraud! I'll be pursuing through with whichever legitimate means open to close them along.
