We've an identical issue and that I concur that the corporation has got the toughest customer support I've ever seen. After obtaining totally sick and tired of their awful service and crap gear, I ended our support, decided to buy-out the total amount of our agreement so we're able to change to Meal (who we're happy with incidentally), then our banking account was additionally billed without agreement! They stated we didn't reunite two of the four devices. Fortunately, we saved the following #is that they used-to make sure we'd delivered the devices. The issue now's obtaining a reimbursement credit released for that $126 they TOOK from our banking account. After being guaranteed the cash could be returned, I've needed to create a minute phone today since we still have not obtained it. Considering all of the issues we have had using this organization, I'd like to visit a class-action against them as no company might deserve it more! I once told among their support representatives (once they were attempting to persuade me that since among our recipient was faulty and changed under guarantee that constituted reviving the agreement for another 2 yrs!) that the mafia had greater business integrity than their organization, and that is the Lordis sincere reality!!! The corporation doesn't deserve to possess constitution to get a company also it ought to be suspended!!!
