Failure to deliver product!

I requested a duplicate of "The Evening They Saved Christmas" from Playusa that will be situated in London, England. They didn't provide the DVD and that I reported for them. They claimed they'd reship it. They never did. They sent me stating they couldn't provide this DVD for the US. They did not express why. They stated that it'd be great easily might telephone them. A phone in the people to England to get a $13.49 reimbursement?! They never delivered my cost, and so I published to my charge card organization (W Of The) plus they returned me the payment like a courtesy. I actually don't understand when they actually went after Playusa or not. Do not purchase something from Playusa. You will not get your purchase.
