We requested and taken care of an item fourteen days just before Holiday. We were guaranteed the merchandise could be in inside a "several" times. If reality, we were informed the merchandise was "in-transit" at that time we bought it. Based on the salesperson, there have been two of those items on the road towards the shop and because we taken care of the merchandise, some of those two could be mine. You know what? Not just have we not obtained the merchandise, but we perfectly might not contain it on Christmas day. This really is my boyis Holiday! The shopis operations supervisor mentioned "I dislike being the POOR SANTA, but we-don't have it and that I have no idea if we shall contain it". Because we'd taken care of the product, XBOX 360 CONSOLE Rock-Band, we ceased searching for it. You can't locate the product everywhere at this time. I'll NEVER buy another item out of this organization, plus their administration is insensitive and down-right rude!
