Disconnecting service!

It got 6 calls over a period of time of 8 times to ultimately remove my support.in the end was stated and completed, I still need to purchase two times support due to bad guidance from Derrick, Owner quantity BGR. I "believed" that I'd disconnected support on 10/30/07, efficient 11/05/07, but which was false. I received no verification # and so I was at their mercy in order for them to do what I required. (I've been a person for more than 4 decades!) I called back to Meal nowadays (11/07/07) to confirm that my support was ended, which it wasn't. It got 5 calls since I had been disconnected 4 occasions! I'll never use or suggest Meal to anybody!
