Replacement of defective DVD's

I requested some 16 "That Girl" DVD's last Dec, five which were faulty after I performed them for that very first time last Feb. I informed them of the issue and also have been having a working communication with them since Feb, with guarantees to displace them, but no motion. I've confronted them having a suit and poor press. The price in my experience for that DVDis was $173.98. I just want I'd researched the corporation just before purchasing however it was the only real organization which provided DVDis for the whole 5 years of the show. I have no idea whether I'll get fulfillment out of this, but I Have arrived at the final outcome that they're con artists. It had been a costly training to understand.
