Verizon FIOS
Poor service!

I've needed to contact Verizon about my Television image being fallen over 12 times. Whenever they do exactly the same items to try to repair it also it operates for around 2 times after which I've ot contact them to reset it again. I've had the fix man out and he left me hanging. The Verizon fix man was suppose ot phone me back having a answer, but never did. A number of the technicians were unpleasant with me about the telephone also it seems they don't worry about their clients. Our indicators continue to be falling but another Verizon support man is being released this weekend. To wast another entire Sunday waiting on him. I might have ot stop Fios altogether. It simply doesn't appear to work very well, to a lot of insects within their program.
