December bought an RCA HiDef 50" Television - Design HD50DLPW165 for $ 2000. January the light went (obvious typical event) which price $ 300. August the "Digial Component" went - $ 475 for component, $ 175 for work. That is $ 950.00 in under three years (what is next?). Approached RCA numerous occasions - Outcome: computer-generated email verification thanking me for my curiosity and called me for their company Thomson Community.
Experienced the 800 voice mail-labyrinth which called me to a different 800-number - on where I really could look for a specialist. (Thanks but which was achieved once the light went). Dissatisfied within the quality of it and also the absence of any customer support from RCA or Thomson. Clearly I'll never buy RCA items.
I hope I did so more study before making my costly purchase - im, error.
