I recently obtained a DVD from Columbia Home that I definitely didn't purchase. It was in a bundle having a obscure (PO Box) return handle, and so I popped it. Based on the closed bill, I'd registered their DVD membership which was the initial DVD. I recorded the bundle and experimented with return the DVD instantly. The postoffice would not return an exposed bundle without ME spending the shipping, and so I experimented with contact somebody at Columbia Home to obtain a postage paid return tag. There's no method to contact a person support consultant on the site and also the 800-number about the bill for customer support is just a laugh - you-can't achieve a! Of course if you make an effort to stop your account, it guarantees to deliver you a declaration to satisfy your membership responsibility. WHY must I be required to cover something which I never requested within the first-place AND JUST HOW are these folks receiving away having a scam-like this? I WOn't spend the return shipping for a product that I never requested, therefore the DVD is resting on my table within the unique presentation awaiting a postage-paid return tag. Easily desired to view Coach Carter, I'd hire it from Netflix!
