Fake ad!

I have had Primary TV today for nearly twelve months. We're currently shifting across city to some larger house and that I have now been viewing advertisements on Television constantly about no hassle transferring your support. The industrial promotes they'll transfer your support TOTALLY FREE. Same task on the site. And so I named the amount and required that my support be transferred in fourteen days to the new house which again, generally is 10 mins from below. The person I spoke to stated, "Okay I Have got you-all put up to maneuver your support on 4/15. I'll have to gather the $50 charge for this support with a significant bank card before I will verify the visit." I am like what??? I believed it was a totally free support! He explained, "oh well since you haven't had consideration around for a minumum of one year it's not regarded as in good position. You have to be around twelve months before your consideration is in good position. Today I want your $50 cost please." I told him it was fake marketing and that I am not spending money on the transfer. He explained it'd subsequently be considered a $150 disconnection charge. And so Iam like okay, possibly I spend you $50 to maneuver my support that you promote to become free, or I spend you $150 to stop? He is like "yes that is proper." I expected for boss and not got one. I had been on-hold 8 mins before I quit. This really is really unjust and fraudulent support!
