After finally disconnecting Dish, I returned their equipment in the box that they dropped off. Thirty days afterward, they said that they did not receive the receiver. Thankfully, I retained the UPS information and kept an email from them that confirmed they did indeed receive all of their equipment. The customer service representative kept insisting that the equipment was not returned. These people lie.
