TV REMOTE - silver Xfinity 'universal' TV/Cable remote (red Select button)

I need a big button remote, or at least one that works, so I called 800-934-6489. They do not offer any other remotes, and if I want one that actually will display "last" or the Menu, the Guide or Info, I must contact someone else and request an exchange for another (exactly the same) remote. The many small buttons are useless to me because I do not have a need for dvr controls or "ON DEMAND", etc. The CR rep could only give me canned answers; he gave me many different code numbers (which I asked for,) to program a remote that I will purchase for myself - hopefully a useful one.
