Installation - Cable and internet service

The absolute worse company. I paid over 4 weeks ago for service and I have yet to have my service installed. They told me they were coming on 3 different occasions and have not shown up. There fore I have been waiting that long for them to drop one damn line that I can do my self for as long as they took. When I call customer service they are clueless. I remember when hargray use to go all out for its customers satisfaction. Now it seems they dont care. If they not gonna do there job give us back our money so we can find a more professional cable company.
