Billed After Disconnecting Service and Money Taken From Checking Account

I called to cancel my service in October which the disconnected it however they feel they have the right to charge me til December even though I had no TV service. They also stole money out of my checking account, they only had my number due to me paying my bill through their online one time bill pay option. These people are awful and good luck understanding them cause they definitely are not english as a first language. This is probably where most of these issues start if we cant understand them why should we assume they understand us!!!
