Direct tv stealing money with debit cards - Service Department

I called to cancle my service in October which the disconnected it however they feel they have the right to charge me til December even though I had no TV service. They also stole money out of my checking account, they only had my number due to me paying my bill through their online one time bill pay option. These people are awful and good luck understanding them cause they definitly are not english as a first language. This is probly where most of these issues start if we cant understand them why should we asume they understand us!!!
