Rude and abussive employee

Time Warner should be accountable for there abusive and rude employees. This person I spoke to told me he had no supervisor and that he was the boss and there would be no one to complain to about his disrespectful, attitude.
This guy deserves to loose his job and I am sure I am not the only person to have a problem with him.
