Wow

If you plan to invite people over for a PPV sports event, I would think again. Twice I've had friends over and ordered the UFC fights. The first time we missed the first 3 fights because I couldn't get through on the phone. This time I ordered the fights early just in case. I still had to call because the order wouldn't go through. After spending 40 minutes on hold, customer service ordered it for me. Only missed 1 fight this time... I guess that's progess.
