Installation Failed, No Service for 22 Days and Cancellation Fee

I am new customer. I connected with dish network 11/19. First time they come to connect me to dish. But their stupid people can't make it properly. Now I don't have any service. But I have a account. Everyday they make appointment to fix it but nobody show up. I told them to cancel it they want cancellation fee. 22 days the drama going on. In U.S. A like this customer service I never seen. Pls anybody don't connect with them.
