Ripoff treats customers like dirt

The support was terrible, the travel agent was rude and condescending. All journey specifics were overlooked, deadlines overlooked and unique demands dismissed. We're not entitled to regular flyer miles since our flight seats were this type of low-class, allthough we settled significantly more than the airlines advertised price.

as a result of this poor encounter I'll never make use of a travel agent again.
